The Lubbock Police Department said that one person was ki!!ed in a single-vehicle accident early on Monday.
A “report of a traffic crash with injuries” that happened at 2:05 a.m. in the 6600 block of Erskine Avenue, according to Lubbock PD, was the reason the Major Crash Unit Investigators were sent out.
LPD’s Major Crash Investigation Unit is currently responding to a single vehicle collision in the 6600 block of Erskine Avenue.

According to LPD, “One person was pronounced deceased on scene and no other injuries were reported.”

Erskine Street will be restricted to westbound traffic from Milwaukee Avenue to Upland Avenue, according to LBK Alert. Drivers were urged to steer clear of the area and look for alternative routes.
