Lake County Schools Start Building Minneola Relief School
A brand-new school is getting built in south Lake County to help with too many students in the area.
They just started building it near Keystone Pass and Gold Dust Drive in Minneola.
This school will be for kids from kindergarten to eighth grade, and it’s going to be pretty big, taking in about 1,200 students who will later go to Lake Minneola High School.
The new school will serve about 1,200 students:

They haven’t given the school a name yet, but it’s set to open its doors in 2025, in the fall.

At the same time, AdventHealth also started making a new hospital not far from where the school will be.
It’s exciting because these new places will give people better education options and better healthcare nearby.
