Kenneth Early was shot, Cook County Crime Stoppers Offer $15,000 Reward for Information About the Crime

The Cook County Crime Stoppers are stepping up their efforts to catch a murderer. The group is distributing fliers in the hopes that someone will see them and speak out.

Kenneth Early, 62, was discovered in his automobile at a stop sign on August 12 with a gunshot wound.
