In Custody: Hall County Man Accused of Molestation Charges
In Hall County, a guy from Gillsville has been taken into custody on many allegations linked to various acts of molestation.
Esteban Panuco, 33, is accused of s*xually abusing a youngster at his residence, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges against Panuco include three counts of aggravated child molestation, one case of aggravated s*xual battery, and two counts of aggravated sodomy. Panuco was taken into custody on Wednesday.

Researchers believe that Panuco perpetrated the crimes against a young woman between the months of August and December in the year 2012.
At the time of the offenses, the victim was under the age of ten, and they claim that he was acquainted with the victim.

The abuse was first brought to the attention of the deputies on September 24, 2023, when a member of the victim’s family reported it to them after she had told them about it.
According to the Hall County Jail, Panuco is being held without bond at this time.
Investigation into the case is still ongoing.
