On Friday morning, the Groesbeck Police Department and Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers responded to a traffic collision involving many vehicles.
According to the department, the collision happened on Highway 164, about two miles east of the town. While emergency personnel responded to the situation, the road was completely stopped. It was advised that they look for alternative routes.
Around six in the morning on Friday, Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers arrived at the collision, according to Sgt. Ryan Howard of FOX 44 News, a westbound Kenworth truck tractor, veered onto the wrong side of the road.

A Freightliner truck tractor attempted to evade the Kenworth truck tractor before colliding with it. There have been no reported injuries.
