A missing guy in Clay County who was last seen on January 21st has a Golden Alert D issued for him.
David Wayne Ratliff, 43, is a diabetic who requires insulin if his medicine is not taken, according to Clay County Emergency Management.

Ratliff is a 6’4″ white male who weighs approximately 200 pounds. His calf, left arm’s elbow, and right arm are all covered in tattoos.
He was last observed donning a blue UK cap, camo trousers, a jacket, brown work boots and a long-sleeved shirt, according to CCEM.

Ratliff could be on foot or driving a 2018 black Chevy Silverado with the licence plate F6D547, according to CCEM.
