Fifth Avenue And East 20th Closed Due To Rollover Accident!
The Scottsbluff Police Department, Scottsbluff Fire Department, and Valley Ambulance were called to an injury collision near the intersection of Fifth Avenue and East 20th Street this Tuesday, October 31, at 6:42 a.m.
According to the investigation, Valerie Robles, 71, of Scottsbluff, was driving a silver 2009 Acura north on 5th Ave. Galen Larson, 65, of Scottsbluff, was moving a white 2023 Explorer east on East 20th Street.
The Acura hit the Explorer’s passenger side after it ran a red light at the junction. Then, the Explorer pitched over three-quarters of the way to the side.

Robles, G. Larson, and the passenger, Scottsbluff resident Kathern Larsen, 64, were taken to Regional West Medical Center for medical attention. Robles received a citation for not wearing a seat belt and running a red light.
