Following an early Sunday morning crash on FM 812 near Circuit of the Americas, one person is deceased, and one child is hospitalized.
At 5:35 a.m., two vehicles collided close to Circuit of the Americas Boulevard, prompting the response of Austin-Travis County EMS.

At the site, medical personnel declared the patient dead. The young patient was sent to Dell Children’s Medical Center with apparent life-threatening wounds. A third declined to be transported.

In response to the event, the Travis County Sheriff’s Office was called. The primary investigating agency is the Texas Department of Public Safety. There will likely be several hours of delays and road closures in the vicinity for drivers.
