On the night of September 16, a woman fired her gun into a line of people outside of a business on 19th Street and Market Avenue, hurting five. DPD said the female suspect was turned away from the bar, got into a fight with security staff, and then turned around as she was leaving and fired several times at the club.
Five days later, Rosenburgh was named as the suspect—all of the people who were shot lived through their injuries.

Rosenburgh is being held by California officials on eight counts of attempted m*rder by the DPD. It will be up to the Denver District Attorney’s Office to decide what charges Rosenburgh will face. No one knows when Rosenburgh will be brought back to Colorado to face his charges.
