Chicago Teenagers Accused of Carjacking and Armed Robbery

On Tuesday afternoon, Chicago police arrested and charged two teenagers in connection with an armed robbery and carjacking that occurred downtown.

According to the police, two 17-year-old males were detained at 7:36 p.m. in relation to an armed robbery and carjacking that took place in the 500 block of South Federal Street about an hour earlier.

The teenagers were the perpetrators who robbed a 39-year-old guy at gunpoint of his vehicle and personal goods.

A gas station in the 7000 block of South Damen Avenue was where the car was discovered. Even though the police tried hard, they were able to catch the criminals who were running away and bring them to justice.
