Chicago News: Missing 9-Year-Old Chicago Heights Boy Found

CBS Chicago reports A missing adolescent who was last seen in Chicago Heights on Sunday morning has been found.

Illinois State Police issued the alert at the request of the Chicago Heights Police Department after it determined that the child was missing due to suspicious circumstances.

Samuel Williams, 9, was last seen around 8:45 a.m. in the area of 10 Olympic Village in Chicago Heights after failing to board a church bus bound for Indiana.

He stands 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 70 pounds, and has brown eyes and black braided hair. He was last observed in a brown outfit with a black and white flannel shirt, black pants, and white Jordans.

According to police, he was possibly in the company of an unidentified woman claiming to be a relative. He also has a severe medical condition that puts his life in jeopardy.
Police did not disclose the location of the boy.
