The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that they found the body of Brad Nagel, a 57-year-old man who was reported missing. His remains were discovered on his property in rural Red Wing, Minnesota.
This discovery came after Nagel didn’t show up for work on November 16, prompting concern for his whereabouts. The last known contact with Nagel was on November 15 around 11:30 p.m.
Reports from surveillance footage, eyewitnesses, and receipts placed Nagel walking alone in Red Wing around 7:40 a.m. on November 16. This location is believed to be where he was last seen.

His vehicle was later found in the Wisconsin back channel of the Mississippi River on November 19, but it remains unclear when it entered the water.
