Police say a 2-year-old boy and his mother were pepper-sprayed at Bronx subway platform on Wednesday, and they sent them both to the hospital.
Police said a guy spraying pepper at two ladies in an argument at the 149th Street-Grand Concourse station accidentally hit a baby and his 30-year-old mother. After an argument with two women on the 2-4-5 station heading north, the man pulled out the powerful spray.
The man fled on a train, police said
The man allegedly boarded a train after shooting at unintended targets and injuring the youngster and his mother. The two ladies then bolted as well. Despite their emergency, the mother and son are doing well in Lincoln Hospital.
