Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Among Us Twitch Stream Wins A Guinness World Record

As we said, congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s initial Twitch stream was rather goddamn victorious the previous October. It was already at 450,000 simultaneous observers only hours after booting off, which isn’t harmful for your only time live on the spot. 

Unsurprisingly, it hangs out this stunt was worlded history breaking, as AOC has pushed it into the Guinness Book of World Records this year for the most prosperous stream.

The Among Us stream was born to bring the voting out in the runup to the 2020 presidential election. During the game, she would remind everyone to confirm they’re documented to vote and enable them to make goals to bring to a poll booth on November 3.

Despite a rare technical problem (and AOC not being the best cheat in the world), it fast became the most famous live stream in the area at the moment, several times throughout.

She later entered the different game of Among Us, bound by Canadian MP and NDP chief Jagmeet Singh. They increased $200,000 for clemency and examined different policy topics such as healthcare and atmosphere modification.

It wasn’t the only time AOC created a high-profile arrival on a Twitch stream. She earned a shock drop in on Hbomberguy’s clemency playthrough of Donkey Kong 64, which increased $340,000 for Mermaids, a team that helps transgender youth. 

As well as talking around her love of gaming rising, she even said her help for trans rights, which numerous think the stream’s highlight.
