A Chicago Police Officer was Kicked in the Head by a Man- The Incident Happened During a Traffic Check

An officer from the Chicago Police Department was kicked in the head by a suspect following a traffic check in the Albany Park neighborhood on Sunday. The incident reportedly occurred around 1:10 p.m. near the intersection of Sunnyside and Kimball, according to the police.

The cop was taken to the hospital, where he was believed to be stable.
