The shooting of a 14-year-old boy outside the Golden Gate area on a Sunday evening landed him in the hospital.
At 7 o’clock that evening, a 14-year-old boy was strolling along the 13200 block of South Langley Avenue when he was shot in the shoulder, ‘flank,’ and arm, as reported by the police.
The kid has been transported to Comer Children’s Hospital, where his status is said to be stable. At this point, the police have not taken anyone into custody.
