After a gunshot in Englewood on Wednesday, a 92-year-old man was freed without being charged, according to police.
The 92-year-old allegedly shot the 43-year-old woman during a dispute about takeout food at around 10 a.m. on Monday, according to Chicago police.

After the gunfire, which took place inside a house in the 5800 block of South Aberdeen Street, the woman, who had been shot in the right arm, was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center in good condition.
According to the authorities, numerous guns were discovered at the location. Investigators were looking into it.
