After being shot on E. Armour Boulevard on Monday evening, a man who was 22 years old died at a nearby hospital.
Officers were reportedly sent to the 900 block of E. Armour Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri, shortly after 8:30 p.m., according to the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department. They were on their way when they received confirmation that the reported sound of shots was actually a gunshot call.
When the police arrived, they found a vehicle in which a victim was driving themselves to a local hospital from the scene of the incident.
The victim, an adult male, succumbed to his injuries in the hospital and passed away. Since then, he has been recognized as Timothy Postley, a man in his 22nd year.
