16-Year-Old Charged With Murder After Shooting Man And Woman In Chicago

A 16-year-old is accused of killing a 29-year-old on the South Shore last month.

The teen faces first-degree murder, aggravated battery or firearm discharge, aggravated unauthorised use of a weapon or vehicle, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, and criminal trespass to a vehicle charges.

At 1:17 a.m. on Oct. 21, a youngster reportedly fired rounds at a 29-year-old male and a 30-year-old woman in a parked car, police said.

The police said the guy was shot in the back and died at a hospital.

The lady was hit in her right leg and is OK.

The teen was charged Tuesday.
